We are pleased to announce a new milestone in swabr’s young history today. From now swabr, the enterprise microblogging service – Made in Germany, presents itself in a new garment. Thanks to a new design and new servers swabr.com can now be used easier and faster than before.

A truly good application needs to be easy to operate. The more complex a system is the higher the obstacle for new or unexperienced users to give it a try. Our goal is to make enterprise microblogging as intuitive and simple as possible. The more we are happy to present you our revised homepage:

After a few intense moths of constant development we can now conclude our Closed Beta phase. From now on everyone can register for swabr and use it. In the testing phase we developed and implemented a variety of improvements. Now the news feed “Home” seems clearer and cleaner. We decided to use a more decent colouring, so the actual communication (status message, files and images) can come to the fore.

For many users in companies and organizations communication is still connected to e-mailing. Leaving hold of this, the fun of swapping ideas on a new project with your colleagues increases with the activity. Especially now that there is no invite-barrier.

500 enterprises have already joined us during our testing phase. At this point, we would like to thank the users that have supported us until now. We will be delighted if you continue connecting with swabr.
